Complaints Policy and Procedure
Complete Leasing Solutions Ltd endeavour to deal with every customer enquiry in a speedy and professional manner. If a customer has cause to complain we will acknowledge the complaint within 5 working days and investigate.

Please provide details of your complaint, contact number, address, email and your Agreement number.
On receipt we will investigate your complaint and try to resolve the complaint to your entire satisfaction. If your complaint cannot be resolved immediately we will write to you within 30 days and address all the points you have made. Should we require more time than this we will provide a written explanation outlining the reasons for the delay and tell you when we can respond in full. If you are not happy with our final response you are entitled, within six months of the date of our final response, to refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
