Lollo Rosso Italia
When experienced restraunters Giovanni, Miguel and Nikos opened Lollo Rosso in the historic market town of Morpeth, Northumberland in 2015 they promised diners a unique experience and it is fair to say they delivered!
With over 1000 independent reviews across Google, Trip Advisor and Facebook there is not a single negative comment, only compliments about the food, service and fantastic hosting by the owners and staff.
In fact, the only problem customers encountered was booking a table as the restaurant was consistently fully booked a month in advance. Some people may consider this to be a nice problem to have, however Giovanni, Miguel and Nikos did not like turning business away so looked for a solution.
When the iconic J Smailes building in Morpeth became available it was a fantastic opportunity to double the restaurants capacity and because the premises needed a complete fit out the owners could turn it into something really special.
It was a big undertaking which required a great deal of planning as the existing premises still needed to remain open delivering the same level of customer experience.
In addition, a large project like this required a finance facility which CLS were more than happy to assist with. CLS were able to agree a part loan and tax efficient Finance Lease facility so the financial side of the project could be easily managed with structured staged payments. When the building work was completed the result and finish could not have been better. The owners have been able to create a fine dining Italian experience in very high end contemporary surroundings.
The move from “Little Lollo” to “New Lollo” took place in the middle of December 2017 and the business continues to go from strength to strength, although customers still have to book well in advance!
Miguel Pupo -Perez - Director - “It was a pleasure to work with Complete Leasing Solutions and we would recommend the team and their services. Everything was handled professionally and within the deadlines we needed to work to.”
